Violation checks

The system will automatically check if the applicant, team leader and team members are blacklisted when an application is filed, and the approval of the Park entry application will be determined according to the check results.

In case of any of the following violations, the Park may suspend the applicant’s application for any Park entry as of the event occurrence day:

(1)    General violations: Applications for entry to Yushan, Taroko and Shei-Pa National Parks from those who commit any of the following violations will be suspended for half a year.

i.       Failure in going online to cancel the self-revoked park entry application 1 day before the scheduled Park entry date.

ii.      Failure in following the rules to deliver the Park entry permit to complete the check-in operation.

iii.     Arbitrary occupation of the beds. 

(2)    Material violations: Applications for entry to Yushan, Taroko and Shei-Pa National Parks from those who commit any of the following violations will be suspended for one year.

i.       Violation of Article 19 of the National Park Act, e.g. entering the Park without being permitted or entering the Park under the name of others.

ii.      Violation of the prohibition items announced in the Shei-Pa National Park premises.

                                        iii.   Personal factors which result in endangering the safety of Park entry and mountain climbing, waste of social resources, or other material violations.
