Kuhanousin/ Taguan/Guan Mountain Trails2 ~3 Days (Jinjing Bridge/Guanshan - Guan Mountain / Kuhanuosin Mountain - Jinjing Bridge/Guanshan ) Due to the damage of Typhoon Morakot, the section from Meishan to Yakou of Southern Cross-island Highway (Provincial Highway 20), including Jinjing Bridge Hiking Entrance, is now closed for repair.

【The Southern Cross-Island Highway (Highway 20) is only accessible up to Meishankou. The 110k-147k section of the Highway (approximately between Meishankou and the Guanshan Yakou Tunnel) is blocked due to disruption caused by Typhoon Morakot and later weather events. Entry is prohibited for unauthorized vehicles and persons.】

Eligibility requirement:
1.Limited to 3-12 members per team.
2.Mountaineering insurance required.
3.Proof of experience (pictures of successful ascents of mountains over 3000m during a 3 days or longer trek) for all team members.
4.Signed Declaration of Conditionally Opened Route Hiking by mail.

Batongguan Traversing Trail4~8 Days(Nanan/Dongpu - Batonggaun Traversing Trail - Dongpu/Nanan) Walami to Dashueiku Trail is still closed due to serious subgrade erosion and collapse trail between Tuge to Dashueiku.
Be aware of the subgrade erosion, fallen trees and collapse path between 2.2km to 12.8km on the trail.

With risks of danger, please follow the detour signs, proceed carefully, and pass quickly about this area.

When submitting this application, we require not only the Grade C/C+ mountain climbing experience of your team leader, group members, but also a detailed climbing schedule. Before entering the Park, please check "Current Status of Trails " for final assessment. (e.g., if a sea warning is issued, the Park will close the trail and your Park Entry Permit would become automatically void.) If your itinerary shows an existing route, we'll reject your application and your will need to resubmit another application.
